Dear Artist, Attendees & Loyal Supporters

As the staff & management of the Colorado Tattoo Convention,
we have always been inspired by the spirit of the Body Modification industry to serve & better the community. In these unprecedented times, I am certain we would tide the storm and come back strong.

Firstly, my prayers are with anyone infected by COVID-19; I wish a speedy recovery to you and your loved ones and to those who have suddenly lost there a way of earning a living and have been forced to close the shops due to this, our hearts go out to you and know we will overcome this.

I don't think most of us have dealt with a "Pandemic" before or experienced the outcomes (of the virus and the fear it creates). There will be many challenges and we don't know for how long. I wanted to reassure you that the Colorado Tattoo Convention & Expo Staff is here to serve your needs during this unusual time. Our team has gone virtual, but we are fully up and running to serve the needs of our clients around the clock.

A BIT OF GOOD NEWS!
As of today no there is an 8-week ban on gatherings & events with 10+ persons or more, and our first event is planned 10 weeks from today and 2 weeks after the ban is planned to be lifted. so as of today, we are still a go for the NOCO Tattoo Convention May 29th-31st 2020 & the Colorado Tattoo Convention in Denver on Sept, 25th-27th 2020!

During this time we have been in close contact with the cities, Health Department's & Venue's and they have said we are good to go on our original planned dates, we will evaluate the current state of affairs on April 30th and if the situation seems to improve we will continue with the original date.

We will make an official statement on April 2nd, 2020 to keep you updated.

Being professional event planners, please be aware we have made a contingency plan if the situation does not seem to improve by April 30th, 2020. We will postpone the event to a further date in August to help stop the spread of the virus Covid-19.

We are working hard to do what we can these days to keep this event on the original date and they will happen this year if it means we must move it to a further date down the year!

We are taking a two-week break from the office and will continue to work from home and will continue to promote and continue with the production of the events as scheduled.

Until now we have not made a public statement because of the mass hysteria that has griped our daily lives nor do we want to feed the paranoia surrounding the virus and current state of affairs, we are planning to make an official statement on April 2nd, 2020 if the situation changes at all.

We are all paying close attention to the experts and hoping that this virus spread is curbed, a vaccine comes out soon and the damage is minimized. However, like many artists, shop owners we are fighting hard to stay afloat, we want to look at all possible ways we can help and assist the regional industry.

Now is the time we must be the best persons we can be and love and support each other, we ask that we all come together to get through this together and help those in your community only spread facts and not unnecessary fear and paranoia to help defeat this invisible threat.

Over the coming weeks, the local state & federal government will build resources to help stem the economic loss the industry is suffering we will keep you informed as to how you may apply to access those funds.

Please contact me if you need any assistance with resources to help keep your business afloat.

We have helped a few small business's so far.
