For three days, the Western City site will be transformed into a veritable tattoo saloon where 15 international tattoo artists will share their talent and create unique works of art.
On the program:

• Friday: 6 PM – 10 PM
• Saturday: 11 AM – 10 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM – 7 PM
