Portsmouth Tattoo Fest

Portsmouth Tattoo Fest is BACK – bigger, bolder, and more inked than ever!! Mark your calendars — we’re back March 28th & 29th, 2026

This 2-day event will feature live tattooing from 100+ World Class Artists!
Live music & Burlesque will also be taking place over the weekend!
Tattoo Competitions will take place featuring Rival Ink, where artists compete at a selected theme of tattoo and have 7 hours to complete the challenge!
Trade Stands and vendors will also be in attendance at Portsmouth Tattoo Fest!

Children are welcome at Portsmouth Tattoo Fest — Age 15 and under is free but must be accompanied by someone over 18 at all times, please note if your child looks older we may request valid photo ID like a passport.
