The name of the 4th festival is “Laughter and Grief at the Bela Sea”. The theme is Pomorye and everything connected with our region. Pomeranian Tattoo Convention is a tattoo festival in Arkhangelsk, which has been held since 2010. The tattoo festival brings together eminent artists, novice enthusiasts, fans and people simply interested in tattooing under its flag.
The main goal and objective of our Convention is to popularize the culture of tattooing as an art form that has existed since time immemorial.
