Hosted annually at Win-River Resort & Casino in Redding, the Norcal Tattoo Expo offers a unique opportunity for the local community to connect with exceptional artists they wouldn’t normally have access to.
For three days each November, artists showcase their skills and artistry while visitors experience a vibrant atmosphere of creativity and camaraderie. The event also serves as a platform for sharing the hospitality and beauty of Redding with tattoo enthusiasts and artists alike, bringing a fresh perspective on the local culture and scene.
