NO ONE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION EVER REPLIED, BUT “FUN FACT:” The social Media posts from DAYS OF THE DEAD LAS VEGAS, particularly on Facebook, are telling attendees of the event (like me) that “THERE IS NO TATTOO EXPO AT DAYS OF THE DEAD LAS VEGAS 2026. Yet, this informative site says there is. WHICH IS IT? The HORROR TATTOO COMMUNITY needs to know / wants to know. GREG
ALOHA, WTE. I am a certified, card-carrying HORROR fanatic. As the owner of a modest HORROR Hallway & Museum, a converted storage room & walk-in closet, I proudly support DAYS OF THE DEAD, and in 2026, will return to the PLAZA HOTEL & CASINO to again attend DAYS OF THE DEAD, Las Vegas. When I last attended with my supportive wife, MIA, I clearly remember entering the tattoo contest (with a HORROR sock of 11 or so iconic HORROR characters), BUT I don’t remember a Tattoo Expo happening along side / at the same time as the HORROR convention and / or the tattoo contest. I just remember the tattoo contest happening one day, awarding trophies to all the townie artists IF I remember correctly. IS THIS Days of the Dead Tattoo Expo something relatively new? (Admittedly, I have not attended the Las Vegas Day of the Dead convention for a few years now). I ask because I am very involved in the tattoo community. I am the co-owner of PACIFIC INK & ART EXPO aka / dba HAWAII TATTOO EXPO., Est. 2012. My wife, MIA, runs all our MERCH & Talent & Tattoo contests, I guess I’m thrilled at the possibility of the two biggest pursuits in my life (i.e., HORROR & TATTOOS) will be having a convention / Expo. together at the same time. QUESTION: MIA & I already have VIP tickets to attend Days of the Dead Las Vegas, and will be staying at the host hotel. DO WE NEED TO PURCHASE SEPARATE tickets for the Tattoo Expo. going on at the same time, or does our VIP tickets to the HORROR convention allow us admission to the tattoo Expo? PLEASE let me know.
