Rouen Tattoo Festival #1 welcomes you to its first edition on April 15, 16, and 17, 2022, at the Rouen Exhibition Center!
The concept is simple and effective: the public comes to meet renowned tattoo artists, some of whom travel from the other side of the world, to get their dream tattoo during the convention.
The tattoo artists, for their part, come to meet other professionals, share their experience, and connect with the general public, whether tattooed or new to the art form, curious and interested.

The Rouen Tattoo Festival will bring together artists from all corners of the globe: USA, China, England, Spain, Italy, Vietnam, Australia, Japan, and more.
50+ Exhibitors:
The Rouen Tattoo Festival will also showcase a diverse range of exhibitors related to tattoo culture. Exhibitions of US vehicles and motorcycles, clothing stands, a barber shop, jewelry, and accessories—this is a unique opportunity to showcase your brand and products.
Shows and Entertainment:
The Rouen Tattoo Festival will also delight your ears with a diverse and varied musical lineup throughout the festival, as well as your eyes with numerous activities and shows.
Tattoo Contests:
Contests highlighting tattooing will take place over the three days, rewarding artists for their work done during the event.
