For the readers who are not familiar with you, how would you introduce yourself?
I am Edward Duran, a passionate tattoo artist from Barquisimeto, Venezuela. I am known for my dedication to creating unique and personalized designs that reflect the essence of each client. With a career shaped by innovation and a commitment to quality, I seek to merge art and technique to offer unforgettable tattoo experiences.

Where did your fascination for tattoos come from?
My fascination with tattoos was ignited at a very early age. I remember that at just 10 years old, my interest in the art of tattooing was already palpable. I would spend my pocket money on tattoo magazines, which allowed me to immerse myself in the world of design and creativity that the medium offers. This time has been a cherished memory for me and has transformed into the seed of my dedication to this art.

How and when did you start tattooing?
My journey in the world of tattooing began at 16, when I created my first tattoo using a homemade machine I had built myself. Shortly after, a school friend introduced me to some of the best tattoo artists in the city at that time, such as Nelson Albonis, Jose Molina, and Luis Castillo. However, it was at the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012, when I started tattooing professionally, after saving up from my first job to buy professional equipment.

Where are you based?
My base is in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, but I follow an international workflow. I frequently travel to Buenos Aires, and I also work in Europe.
