Palm City Tattoo Expo aims to provide tattoo artists from all over Texas, the U.S. and abroad with an opportunity to showcase their talents in the Rio Grande Valley. We focus on high quality tattooing, tattoo education for the public, as well as creating outlets for other mediums of art such as piercing, painting, handmade crafts, jewelry, and clothing, etc.
