We have 100s of artists joining us for the 12th anniversary Hampton Roads Tattoo Festival!
Tons of vendors!
We have tons of vendors joining us for the Festival, everything from apparel to crafts to art, if it’s cool you’ll find it here! In addition we’re also donating 30+ spaces to local crafts people and businesses that were affected by COVID-19 please come show your support and take something home with you!

Every year is different & we’re always looking for people that want to bring their classic cars along with them.
Live music!
We will have a stage set up with live music & other entertainment, rock out while you wait for your artist to be ready or if you need a break from shopping!
Sideshows!
The squidling brothers are an international collective of circus sideshow performers from Philadelphia, Berlin and New York. Founded by jelly boy the clown! Combining their feats of wonder, skill, and comedy, the show gives audiences a fast-paced, high-risk, unforgettable experience. Taking from the American carnival and theater of the absurd traditions, the squidling brothers have mutated the classic and the modern to create a style all their own.

$25 For the day.
$45 For the three day weekend.

Do you think they have tap to pay at all? My wallet got stolen a week ago and I don’t have a card to get money out of the machine. Do you think I should just go to Giant to get cash back from the machine or? V worried 😭
How does pricing for tattooing work? Do artists set their own prices? Does each artist bring a card machine? Cash?
Hello, yes every artists has his own prices. And no, most of them will not come with a card machine. Better to bring cash. Cheers.
Im 17, my mom will be w me.. can i get tatted ?
Yes could get tattooed with a parental consent. But it still depends on the artist. In any case, we strongly advice, to be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo. Cheers.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to be tattooed at this event. The artists who attend sign a contract that they will not tattoo anyone under 18, before they are allowed to proceed with tattooing at the event.
