I went to the Cleveland tattoo back in 2019 and when we went the one booth had a payment plan and other ways of payment. Was that a one time thing or will there be other forms of payments this year at the convention?

Will you be able to get tattooed at the convention and if so should it be a smaller tattoo or it doesnt matter?
