Yes typically you need to make an appt. However if you are ore open and want something smaller you can go to the festival and you will have a chance of getting a same day tattoo or schedule it for the same weekend
Felt like there’s a lot of people there who will do cover ups or alterations. I’m sure you can find someone who will do it and while you could try setting up an appointment it’s probably best you just go in and see who’s work you like and see when they can take you. If they’re not currently working on someone they could do it in a soon as 20 minutes I’d think.

It depends on the size, where the tattoos are located, categories, an extension of complication, and tattooer also. Many factors contribute to the final cost.
