Pamplona, Norte de Santander is getting ready to celebrate THE TRADITION — the 4th edition of the EXPOTATTOO CIUDAD DE LA NEBLINA (CRAZY LITTLE PAMPLONA), inspired by local history and tradition. This year, we graphically represent the grace and beauty of Doña Águeda Gallardo de Villamizar, a spokesperson for freedom, paying tribute to an important and representative figure of Pamplona’s history.
