401 Tattoo and Art host the 8th Tattoo Fest, which takes place alongside, The Capital City Bikefest on September 20-22, 2019. A three-day annual event that takes place in beautiful downtown Raleigh, as well as the Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson and Triumph Dealership. Now in its 15th year, the event is family-friendly and draws 100k visitors from all over the country.
