Rouen Tattoo Festival #3 welcomes you to its third edition on April 26, 27, and 28, 2024, at the Rouen Exhibition Center!
The concept is simple and effective: the public comes to meet renowned tattoo artists, some of whom travel from the other side of the world, to get their dream tattoo during the convention. The tattoo artists, for their part, come to meet other professionals, share their experience, and connect with the general public, whether tattooed or new to the art form, curious and interested.
