The Rouen Tattoo Festival welcomes you to its fourth edition on April 18, 19, and 20, 2025 at the Rouen Exhibition Center.
The concept is simple and effective: the public comes to meet renowned tattoo artists, some of whom travel from the other side of the world, to get their dream tattoo during the convention. The tattoo artists, for their part, come to meet other professionals, share their experience, and connect with the general public, whether tattooed or new to the art form, curious and interested.

The Rouen Tattoo Festival will also showcase a diverse range of exhibitors related to tattoo culture. From vehicle displays and clothing booths to barbershops, jewelry, and accessories, this is a unique opportunity to introduce and promote your brand and products.
Over 200 Cars:
This year, custom culture takes center stage with a Car Show featuring over 200 US vehicles, awarding prizes to the most beautiful cars on display.

The Rouen Tattoo Festival will also delight your eyes with a diverse and varied program throughout the festival.
This year, the 1950s are in the spotlight! Concerts, shows, a gathering of US vehicles, pin-ups…
Tattoo Contests
Tattoo competitions will be held over the three days, rewarding artists for their tattoos created during the event.

Food trucks, a beer bar, and cocktails will be available all weekend thanks to our partners, Délirium!
