Registration / Load In:
Thursday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 11:00pm
Set Up: All booths must be set up by 12:00pm on Friday, July 31st.
Load In: Load In will be at the Loading Dock in the back of the Convention Center.
Registration: Registration Table will be located inside, near the Loading Dock.
EACH BOOTH PROVIDES:
2 Wristbands and 2 Lanyards
2 Tables
4 Folding Chairs
Electricity
Trash Bin and Bag
Fully Draped Booth
PROVIDED FOR ARTISTS:
1 Gallon Distilled Water
1 Roll Paper Towel
1 Small Sharps Container
REMEMBER TO BRING:Power Strip
OTHER:
Outside food and drink are PROHIBITED inside the Convention Center.
There will be a Café, Bar and Vending Machines available
Animals are not allowed in the Convention Center – Other than Service Animals with proper paperwork.
Please be at your booth, and ready, by 12:00pm every day.
Please do not break down early any night!
