And there’s plenty for the kids to do, too. United Ink will offer face painting (baby’s first tattoo!), temporary tattoos, coloring, flash art contestand more for the little tattoo fans in your life. The best part? Kids under 12 enter the convention for free.

What really sets United Ink apart is the 2nd Annual United Ink Elite Award Ceremony & Hall of Fame Celebration. This red carpet event will pay homage to the best of the best in the tattooing world. Artists can submit their portfolios to be judged in certain categories on this world stage, such as “Best Realism”, “Best Color Bomb”, “Best Biomechanical”, “Best Traditional”, and more, and only the best will be rewarded. A special committee will also choose inductees into the Hall of Fame, remembering the artists in the tattoo world who were inking up before it was considered “normal” to get a tattoo. These pioneers will be honored for their contributions to the industry and to future generations of tattoo artists.
